Age Requirements & COPPA Compliance

Arterra requires users to be 18 years of age or older. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only access the platform with the documented consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete the registration on the minor's behalf. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

Arterra complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and all associated data promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at jessica@arterraapp.com to review, correct, or delete a minor's information.

By creating an account on Arterra, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the platform in accordance with COPPA and all applicable laws.
