Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes — you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my content if I downgrade to Free?
Your content is safe. If you have more than 3 portfolio works when downgrading, they'll be preserved but unlisted until you resubscribe. Messages and history are always kept.
Is the annual plan billed upfront?
Yes. Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each year. You save the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing.
What does "founding member" mean?
Arterra is currently in early access. Founding members who subscribe now lock in current pricing — even as our rates increase after Year 1. It's our way of saying thank you for believing in Arterra early.
Does each portal type use the same pricing?
Yes. The same Free, Premium, and Pro tiers apply to all portal types — Creative, Retail, Organization, and Entertainment. Some features are portal-specific (e.g., portfolio works for Creatives, multi-location for Retail and Organizations).
